If you take a look at your daily activities, most probably, you will find there is minimal physical activity in it, and that is the main reason you gained weight in the first place. In our heads just the thought of dieting or going to the gym may be off-putting, but there is a simpler way, although definitely not a fast way, but in the long run you will be able to lose weight fast and eventually reach your optimum weight. First swap the junk food in your house for healthy food; then every morning have a fulfilling breakfast to keep your mind off food for a longer period, till midday at least. You should aim to have 4 -5 small, healthy meals per day instead of one or two big meals; this will ease the digestion of food. Now work on your physical activities, walk to the supermarket for example, carry your grocery bags, do extra chores around the house, or use the stairs instead of the elevator. These simple activities will pump up your metabolism.
