The Truth about Abs, Mike Geary’s System for a Perfect Body
To many people, owning a taut, muscular body with impressive pectorals is very important. It boosts their self-esteem, improves their chances with the opposite sex, keeps them fit and makes their clothes fit beautifully! Many people of either sex are prepared to work hard at achieving their dream physique.
Fitness guru Mike Geary claims you can still have the body of your dreams, even if you don’t have a lot of spare time and dislike boring, strenuous, and repetitive exercise, even if the last thing you want is to cut out all your favorite foods. He says there is no need for expensive food supplements, “fat-burning” pills or calorie counting.
Does it all sound too good to be true? Well, Mike does not promise amazing changes without some input from his customers. The truth about the Truth about Abs is no pain, no gain. But he does pledge that short intense workouts using his own unique techniques will work as well as knocking yourself out in the gym. The really good news is that he says his system targets and conquers that “spare tire” around the middle that many people find is the last problem area to respond to diet and exercise.
Mike’s system uses a combination of diets and special workouts to trim belly fat and develop abdominal musculature, giving men that sculptured six-pack look and ladies a lean, taut figure, and flat belly. Women need not worry that they might end up looking like Schwarzenegger, as Mike’s system is tailored for both sexes.
There are one or two surprises, even for people who have tried every system on the market. For a start, apparently unhealthy, fatty foods like cheese, cream and eggs are not on the no-no list, while foods traditionally considered healthy are, such as soya and whole wheat. No one will be shocked to find that heavily processed and junk foods are not recommended, but Mike does allow a huge range of foods and also provides tips for beating those cravings as well as keeping up motivation.
So what is the secret of these special workouts? How can they be any better or give better results than using scientifically designed gym equipment on a regular basis? The lazier seeker of fitness will be pleased to learn that they need only be done on three days a week and are quite short – as little as 30 seconds at a time. Mike says they work by combining exercises for the upper and lower body to give a more intense workout, which therefore does not need to be as long as traditional exercises. Performing 6-8 exercises will show results far quicker than doing traditional workouts, says Mike, though he recommends using a gym for these if at all possible.
